- Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is accepting sketches for wall art. Said art will be use to create giclees to hang in the rooms on floors 2 – 6 of the newly renovated rooms at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

- ? Cherokee Nation law requires the purchase of art from Blue Card carrying Cherokees only. ? All submissions should depict Cherokee history, culture and heritage. ? Be advised we now use the theme of “Time immemorial to 1786” as a guideline for submissions rather than a mandate. Therefore, we will consider any and all sketches depicting Cherokee history culture and heritage. ? A request for 3 dimensional pieces is separate document within this packet. Make note there is a different deadline to submit wall art versus 3 dimensional pieces. All sketch submissions should not only include a purchase price for the original piece of art, but also a price to allow CNE a ONE TIME ONLY opportunity to create giclees to be hung in each hotel room. CNE shall be responsible for all costs associated with producing, framing and hanging the giclees. Sketches should be submitted by 5:00 p.m. September 13, 2013 to Stephanie Shults, CNE Buyer. Location to drop off submissions is 1102 N 193rd E Ave, Building 3, Catoosa, OK It is acceptable to submit high resolution sketches through email by sending to Stephanie.shults@cnent.com.
