- Questions must be submitted by email to delana.kimble@hacn.org no later than Midnight, Friday, March 14, 2014. Responses to questions will be returned to interested parties no later than noon on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. RFQ's may be mailed to HACN P.O. Box 1007 (USPS mailing address) Attn: Delana Kimble Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74465-1007 or hand delivered to 4992 S. Muskogee Ave. Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Request for Qualification must be received on or before 5:00 P.M., Friday, March 21, 2014. Late or Incomplete RFQ's will not be accepted or considered. RFQ's must be clearly marked "Request For Qualifications, Professional Engineering Services, Do Not Open" Attn: Delana Kimble. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure delivery of RFQ by 5:00 P.M. , Friday March 21, 2014.
