The following clarifications are to be included in the scope of work affected: Item #1 Reference Bid Package 6A – Millwork – The scope of work shall include the following clarifications: · Exclude the solid surface countertops, wood veneer, wood trim, plastic laminate, tile, quartz and wood base on the food service cabinetry. · Furnish and install all wood trim at the ceilings as shown on the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, Details 3 & 4 on Sheet A4.51. · Furnish and install all wood trim and fascia at the base of the handrail system as shown on the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, Detail 7 on Sheet A8.05.** **ADDENDA #1, DATED 6/5/17, ADDRESSES BIDDERS QUESTIONS AND RE-ISSUES NEW SPEC SECTIONS AND NEW DRAWINGS. It shall also include the concealed mount metal counter supports as shown on the Contract Documents. This clarification forms a part of the contract documents and modifies the original Construction Manager’s Bid Book. Acknowledge receipt of this clarification in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All properly sealed and labeled proposals should be sent by express delivery, regular mail or hand delivered to Flintco; 1624 West 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74107. All bids are to be sealed and CLEARLY labeled by describing the project and indicating the package being bid, on the envelope as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid may be required to accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the amount of the bid exceeds $100,000. They will also be available for review at the Dodge Plan Room, Southwest Construction News and Bid News Construction Reports. The Owner and Construction Manager will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Flintco Project Office Trailer onsite; Address: 19600 East Ross Street, Tahlequah, OK 74464 for the purpose of review of the bidding documents, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 10:00am CST. All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Please note that winning bid(s) will be published. Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC (“CNB”) reserves the right to issue one award, multiple awards, or reject all bids; any award is subject to the approval of the required funds. Responding bidders are not allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of 90 days after submittal. At the time of award, the successful bidder(s) will be required to work with the Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC Accounting department to discuss account coding for invoices. All bids are subject to negotiation prior to award. Awards may be issued without discussion of bid received, and bids should initially be submitted on the most favorable terms from a price and technical standpoint. Any award resulting from this RFP will be subject to CNB Terms and Conditions. Your bid should indicate hourly ($) rate (when applicable), individual work effort, delivery schedule or time of completion. Any item(s) with exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions or qualifications must be noted and clearly indicated on return bid.
