The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for complete construction of a shop building at a site located in Sequoyah County Oklahoma.

There is a mandatory visit on May 10 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties must contact (918) 506-8775 to confirm attendance and receive additional directions to site if needed. If a company is interested in the project, but unable to attend the mandatory site visit as stated, there will be an opportunity to meet the requirement on May 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CT. by contacting (918) 506-8775 to schedule. Bids must be received on or before May 29, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SHOP BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ”. A Public Bid Opening will be held on May 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CT in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
