- There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oaks Fire Department, SW Corner 412 A and Stand Watie RD Oaks, Oklahoma 74359. Bids must be received on or before May 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. by the Nation’s Acquisition Management Department. Bid must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SOLICITATION: OAKS WATER LINE”. A Public Bid Opening will be held May 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Financial Resources Building Conference Room, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
