- The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for rental of water dispensers for 21 locations at Cherokee Nation and in Tahlequah, with the potential of adding additional dispensers if required. Approximately 1500 bottles of 5 gallon water is further required on an annual basis.

- BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2020. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
