The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the renovation of the reception area for offices at 206 & 208 E. Allen Road Tahlequah, Oklahoma for the Cherokee Nation Environmental Protection Group. Must follow all directions and utilize the mandatory bid response sheet.

**EXTENSION GIVE TILL 9/18/2020 @ 3PM PER DEPARTMENT EMAIL RECEIVED ON 9/11/2020.** BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2020. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. MUST ALL DIRECTIONS OUTLINED IN THE BID PACKET INCLUDING THE UTILIZATION OF THE MANDATORY BID RESPONSE SHEET TO BE CONSIDERED FULLY RESPONSIVE. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
