The Cherokee Nation is accepting sealed bids from interested parties for mobile radios, portable hand held units, vehicular repeaters, and VHF Radios. Bidders please follow all directions outlined in the bid packet and utilize the mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive.

**ADDENDUM 1 POSTED ON 10/16/2020** SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 23, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. CT. TO BE CONSIDERED, BID MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED "SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SOLICATION: "RADIOS". BID RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ON THE NATION'S BID WEBSITE; AWARD WILL BE BASED ON COST, DELIVERY, AND TRAINING CAPABILITIES. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
