The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the Removing/Installing new vinyl siding, soffit, paint ext. doors, installing new storm doors on (17) Buildings, (1) office and (1) mailbox shed located at “Robert Swimmer Addition & Fasen Summerfield” Jay, Oklahoma. Work will be completed according to the Scope of Work. Both apartments must be bid to be considered. This job is to be performed from 8am to 5pm, 5 days week M-Fr, or Housing Authority of Cherokee Nation work hours. The entire project must be fully completed within 40 working days for each apartment or $100.00 per working day will be charged to the contractor for each day of extension over the presented construction end date. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
