- The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies with knowledge and previous experience providing clinical pathology lab services for organizations similar in scope and size. The intent is to select one vendor to provide these lab services for the Health Services Division. The sites are located within the 14 county jurisdictional area of the Cherokee Nation. Interested parties are to provide a sealed proposal for the entire project. The RFP packet contains all specifications, scope of work and all necessary instructions. Proposals will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian offerors. Indian preference will be given only to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO) located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, telephone number (918) 453-5000. Proof of TERO certification must accompany and be included in sealed proposal submittal.
