Description

The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for bagged ice, freezer boxes, and trailers for the 69th Cherokee National Holiday located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Follow all directions outlined in the bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet.

BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON JULY 30, 2021. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
