Description

The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies with knowledge and previous experience scanning medical records for organizations similar in scope and size. Interested parties are to provide a sealed proposal for the entire project.

Detail

Sealed Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered, as long as one (1) clearly marked, single sided original and 5 copies are physically received by Shelly McClain no later than December 10, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. CST. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. ADDENDUM 01 - POSTED 12/03/2021 ADDENDUM 02 - AS REFERENCED IN ADDENDUM 01 - WILL BE POSTED BY 12/20/2021 BY 5:00 P.M. - ADDENDUM 02 POSTED EARLIER THAN PROMISED - POSTING DATE 12/15/2021 NEW SEALED PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 01/06/2022
