Description
The Cherokee Nation intends to retain one or more qualified A/E firms to provide as-needed or on-call services to the Nation's Planning & Development Department. The Nation anticipates entering into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with one or more A/E firms.
Detail
The Cherokee Nation will receive submittals from firms, Indian owned & non-Indian owned, qualified to design projects. To receive Indian preference, a firm must be TERO certified and provide a copy of the certificate with the submittal. All correspondence and questions are due by January 18, 2022 by 5:00 pm CT. An addendum addressing the correspondence and questions is anticipated to be posted by January 21, 2022 by 5:00 pm CT with this posting: no other notification will be provided. Submittal should include a Letter of Intent and a Standard Form (SF) 330 and will be accepted until February 01, 2022 at 5:00 pm CT.
