The Nation is seeking proposals from interested, qualified professionals to provide professional surveying at Cherokee Nation Sequoyah Hunting Preserve located in Sequoyah County. The Nation will be accepting proposals from Indian and Non-Indian parties.

PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2022. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. DUE TO ONLY ONE (1) RESPONSE, THE RFP IS EXTENDED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH, 7, 2022 BY 5:00 P.M.
