Proposals are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity as identified in the Statement of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” for FRY OIL MANAGEMENT. Contact the Buyer, via e-mail only, to answer any questions regarding the bid. Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address FryOilM.6kubv04aqnlzdqbp@u.box.com. We are not accepting bids in person or by mail in. All proposals shall be submitted to this email address. STATEMENT OF WORK: • Cherokee Nation businesses request proposals to contract for (3) years. • All Information requested in the Scope of work must be addressed in the proposal. • Proposal will contain the following detail:  Pricing structure, incentives in detail with examples.  Collection and compensation of the used oils  Purchasing of new oil  Maintenance program of oil receptacles  Potential for reduction in oil usage, oil cost and labor by line item  Explanation of costs and benefits associated with the program.  Explanation of the process for ordering and servicing including emergencies  **Preventative Service Implementation plan  Billing sample  List of prominent customers  Delivery schedule to all properties. • Signed proposals and Signed Section IV- CONFIDENTIALITY AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP/NON-COLLUSION REPRESENTATIONS and Insurance COI must be submitted to the email address listed above by 2:00 PM April 20th 2022. • Any proposals received after the requested time and date are considered late and are subject to disqualification. • • Bids will be opened by April 21st 2022 to begin analysis. • Exhibit “A” contains location addresses and annualized usage in pounds.
