There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Main Complex of Cherokee Nation located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Physical address for the Cherokee Nation Main Complex 17675 S. Muskogee Ave., Tahlequah, Ok 74464. SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. CT, WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 2022. A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD, WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 2022 AT 3:00 P.M. CT IN THE CHEROKEE NATION FINANCIAL RESOURCES BREAKROOM, 17665 S. MUSKOGEE, TAHLEQUAH, OK 74464. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
