STATEMENT OF WORK CHEROKEE NATION BUSINESSES, LLC Bid – Procurement and Installation of Standby Generator ** Update Per Pre-Bid Meeting **Please bid Service-Rated Transfer Switch** Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”) for Procurement and Installation of Standby Generator. Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address 4thStre.8z40bzbmd47oyw3k@u.box.com . We are not accepting bids in person or by mail in. All proposals shall be submitted to this email address. Cherokee Nation Property Management is seeking qualified electrical contractors to install one standby Generator at the 4th street complex, buildings D & E. 1461 Wildcat Ln, Tahlequah, Ok. Generator install Scope of work is as follows; A. Remove existing generator and relinquish to CPM B. Extend pad to accommodate larger footprint C. Saw-cut concrete and trench for required conduits D. Install one 400amp disconnect on building D(after hours) E. Replace existing 200a transfer switch to 400a transfer switch (after hours) F. Install 400a transfer switch on building E(after hours) G. Install all necessary wiring/conduit from all utility to ATS, ATS to panels (after hours) H. Install all necessary wiring/conduit from Gen-set to ATS I. Set new Generation unit J. Install properly sized gas line from gas meter to Gen-set Contractor will be expected to follow all state and federal laws related to a safe working environment. Work areas must be cordoned off. **Please bid Service-Rated Transfer Switch** Generation Unit Specifications; A. 150Kw 120/240VAC single phase 60hz Standby Generator B. Natural gas Fueled C. Dual output MLCB D. Level 2 or comparable sound attenuation E. Minimum of 6 enclosure keys Automatic Transfer Switch(es) Specifications; A. 2-400amp, 3 pole (neutral switching) 120/240VAC single phase with start initiate circuit Notes; A. Contractor to check and verify fitment and workability on all above specifications. B. Contractor to complete all gas piping required at meter location and communicate with NOPFA on its needs/requirements to upsize gas meter and install regulators C. CNB/CPM to provide gas meter, regulators and pressure relief valve for gas system D. Full load test to be performed after installation Any scheduling and coordination should be made with Property Management MEP department.
