Proposals are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L.C. a wholly-owned entity as identified in the Statement of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” for Construction Manager (“CM”) services for the Interior Remodel/Renovation of both the 7-story, 98-room Suites Tower located in Catoosa, OK on the property of the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel (“HR”) and the 6-story, 140-room hotel located on the property of the Cherokee Casino and Hotel in West Siloam Springs (“WSS”). by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”). There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Thursday, July 14th, 2022, at 11:00 am CST; the purpose of the meeting is to tour the project site and to ask questions of the Architect/Interior Designer. This pre-bid meeting will be at the Hard Rock Casino #2, Salon D. Contractors are asked to enter through the employee entrance on the North end of the building. Visitation of the West Siloam Springs Hotel Room site is open on July 21st and 22nd from 10 am to 12 pm each day.
