Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC. (CNE) is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide parking lot maintenance at multiple properties. Maintenance will consist of the following: 1. Filling and sealing cracks in asphalt. 2. Sealcoat of parking lots. 3. Re-striping of parking lots. 4. Milling and re-laying asphalt where required. This shall include mitigating failed areas of paving prior to re-paving. PROPERTIES Crack filling, sealcoat, and striping shall be performed at the following property(ies): 1. Cherokee Casino and Hotel Roland 2. Cherokee Casino Grove 3. Cherokee Casino South Coffeyville 4. Cherokee Casino and Hotel West Siloam Springs 5. Will Rogers Downs Casino – Claremore, paved employee parking as an alternate bid proposal Milling, Paving, Lane Striping shall be performed at the following property(ies): 1. Will Rogers Downs Casino – Claremore, entry road from S 4200 Road to casino (reference “Exhibit A”) 2.
