For scheduled on-site visits, please contact: Kyle Helsley at 918-316-1887 no later than 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. Bids must be received on or before Friday, December 16, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, KANSAS PPE/FOOD STORAGE PARKING LOT PAVING (DELAWARE COUNTY)”. A Public Bid Opening will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks will be required). Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
