- The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for demolition services of speaker homes in the northern counties of Cherokee Nation per specifications and scope technical provisions. Northern counties include: Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington.

- BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2022. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. BID HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 5:00 P.M., MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2022.
