Description: Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”) to furnish pricing to supply STAINLESS STEEL BEVERAGE COUNTERS for Ramona and South Coffeyville Cherokee Casinos.
Detail: SECTION III STATEMENT OF WORK CHEROKEE NATION BUSINESSES, LLC Proposals are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity as identified in the Statement of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” for beverage gas. Contact the Buyer, via e-mail only, to answer any questions regarding the bid or site tour at john.molinar@cnent.com. We are not accepting bids in person or by mail. All proposals shall be submitted to this email address. STATEMENT OF WORK: • Signed proposals and Signed Section IV- CONFIDENTIALITY AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP/NON-COLLUSION REPRESENTATIONS and Insurance COI must be submitted to the email address listed above by 2:00 PM January 18th 2023. • Quote by line item. • ETA of delivery and installation. • Any proposals received after the requested time and date are considered late and are subject to disqualification. • Bids will be opened by January 19th 2023 to begin analysis.
