Description
The Cherokee Nation intends to retain one or more qualified Engineering firms to provide services to the Cherokee Nation for engineering and deployment of broadband infrastructure. The Nation anticipates entering into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with one or more firms.
Detail
The Cherokee Nation will receive submittals from qualified firms, Indian owned & non-Indian owned. To receive Indian preference, a firm must be TERO certified and provide a copy of the certificate with the submittal. All correspondence and questions are due by January 17, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT. An addendum addressing the correspondence and questions is anticipated to be posted by January 20, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT with this posting: no other notification will be provided. Submittal should include a Letter of Intent and a Standard Form (SF) 330 and will be accepted until January 27, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT.
