** ATTENTION AN EXTENSION HAS BEEN GIVEN UNTIL 5:00 P.M. ON 4/3/2023. ** PROPOSAL'S MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. MARCH 24, 2023. ANY PROPOSAL'S RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. **MANDATORY SITE VISIT ON MARCH 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT MUST BE ATTENDED FOR ADDITIONAL VISIT TO BE DONE. ** Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
