The Cherokee Nation is accepting bid from interested parties for soda and water for the Cherokee National Holiday at various locations in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. To be considered fully responsive bidders must utilize the mandatory bid response sheet located within this bid packet.

** ATTENTION AN EXTENSION HAS BEEN GIVEN UNTIL 5:00 P.M. ON 5/4/2023. ** BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON APRIL 21, 2023. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
