There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, May 01, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CT at the project site, S. Bonnie Pigeon Leaf St. Tahlequah, OK. Bids must be received on or before May 12, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, TAHLEQUAH DURBIN ELDER HOUSING PROJECT (PHASE 2)”. A Public Bid Opening will be held May 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. CT in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks may be required). michelle parsons -- THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT DID NOT FULLY MEET THE NEEDS OF THE CHEROKEE NATION. AT THIS TIME, THE NATION IS WORKING WITH THE A/E TO REVISE THE SPECIFICATIONS TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THE PROGRAM.
