The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the complete rehab construction of a speaker home located in Oaks, Oklahoma (Cherokee County). Contractor shall be expected to mobilize within seven (7) days of issuance of notice to proceed.

To attend a pre-bid site visit on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:30 p.m., please contact Matthew Duke at matthew-duke@cherokee.org. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2023. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
