The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for hotel accommodations in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area to accommodate and host the EPA Region 6 RTOC meeting. Bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet.

** ATTENTION BIDDERS ADDENDUM #2 HAS BEEN POSTED 5/19/2023 FOR Q & A FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS TO HOST THE RTOC MEETING IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. ** ** ATTENTION BIDDERS AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN POSTED ON 5/15/2023. ** ** ON THE ADDENDUM THE DATE HAS BEEN CORRECTED SHOWING 5/15/2023. ** BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON MAY 22, 2023. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
