- Detail
- The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of five (5) detached single family 3- or 4-bedroom units. The 3-bedroom home has a garage; the 4-bedroom home utilizes the garage space as an additional bedroom or bonus room but has no garage. These jobsites are in Adair (1 unit), Cherokee (3 units) and Delaware (1 unit) counties. Respondents may bid all five units or select the county of choice, but the bid must include all units in each selected county. These homes will have a pad and driveways constructed and utilities provided to the site by HACN prior to work assignment to the selected contractor. Additionally, HACN will supply sewer/septic infrastructure under a separate bid. Please ensure the bid is reduced for this work completed by HACN.
