There is a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CT at Sequoyah High School – 17091 S. Muskogee Ave., Tahlequah, OK 74464. Bids must be received on or before Monday, June 12, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SEQUOYAH HIGH SCHOOL – FOOTBALL LIGHTING PACKAGE”. A Public Bid Opening will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks may be required). Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
