SEALED PROPOSALS MAY BE DELIVERED BY CARRIER SERVICE TO CHEROKEE NATION PURCHASING DEPARTMENT ATTN: SHELLY MCCLAIN, 17665 S. MUSKOGEE AVENUE, TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA 74464. SEALED PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 22, 2023 BY 5:00 P.M. CT. BY THE NATION'S PURCHASING DEPARTMENT TO BE CONSIDERED ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. LATE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SUBMITTALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED "SEALED PROPOSALS, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK SERVICES - EMS BUILDING - DO NOT OPEN." SEALED RESPONSES ARE TO INCLUDE 1 ORIGINAL, 5 COPIES AND A KEY DRIVE. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
