2/1/2024 Updated Prebid schedule and SOW to include the Buffington Residence and the Milam Home. Sealed bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”) to furnish a proposal for Pest Control Services for multiple locations. See scope of work for list of locations. Bids are due February 14th, 2024 by 5pm We will conduct Mandatory Prebids at each location. You must be present at the meeting for the location you are bidding on. See attachment for prebid schedule. Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address: Pest_Co.6mbbwvopjbctlye7@u.box.com. We are not accepting bids in person or by mail. All proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
