Detail

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is working in conjunction with Maska Builders on the Ganohili Addition in Jay, OK. Bids will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian owned companies. To receive Indian Preference, the company must be certified with the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The TERO Certification must be included in the bid submittal. All information is in the provided documents, including the point of contact information at Maska Builders for inquiries. Pre-Bid Conference will be 3-26-24 at 2 PM. Bids are due by 4-4-24 by 2 PM. All bids must be delivered as stated in the bid package by the stated date and time to be considered.
