PROPOSAL MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 19, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. ANY PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD, ALL PROPOSALS MAY BE EMAILED TO CHEROKEE ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT, PAM JUMPER, BY EMAIL TO PAM-JUMPER@CHEROKEE.ORG. IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT LINE LIST: RFP -FOR EIGHTEEN (18) SYNERGIS CLOUD LINKS. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
