- The HACN is seeking bids from qualified modular home manufacturers for Design and Delivery of 3 Two-Bedroom 2 Full Bath Modular Homes to be delivered and set at our Key's Property in Parkhill, OK in Cherokee County. HACN reserves the option to extend the number of modular homes as needed. Design and Delivery will be completed according to Scope of Work and project requirements. Homes will be completed and delivered to the site no later than September 30,2025- no exceptions.
