The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the modernization repairs of 3 Units located in Adair County. Work will be completed according to the work write-up. All 3 Units must be bid to be considered. These 3 projects must be fully completed within 10 working days or $100.00 per working day will be charged to the contractor for each day of extension over the presented construction end date. To be considered a responsive/responsible bidder, the mandatory bid response sheet must be fully completed
