Bids may be mailed to the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation, Attn: Baylee, P.O. Box 1007, Tahlequah, OK 74465. Bids may also be e-mailed to baylee.scott@hacn.org. Or may be delivered in person at the Contracts Office located at 1200 W. 4th Street Suite D, Tahlequah, Ok. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure delivery of bids by December 5th, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
