Cherokee Nation is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a software system for our Human Resources (HR) and Compliance departments. The system will be used to investigate reported incidents, manage investigative cases, and track incidents effectively. The proposed solution must be user-friendly, secure, and support various workflows. Please direct any questions for Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (T.E.R.O.) in written format by deadline of February 03, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. CT to email shellymcclain@cherokee.org as specified in this RFP. These questions will be addressed by TERO and included in any addendum issued by February 06, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. CT on the Nation’s public website www.cherokeebids.org with bid announcement (reference sections 6, 7, and 8). Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: Proposals may be emailed Shelly McClain at shellymcclain@cherokee.org. Emailed proposals must be received no later than February 13, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. CT in one consolidated document. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered for award. No responding party may withdraw their proposal within 90 days after proposal due date. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
