Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for earthwork and grading, storm drainage improvements, parking lot improvements, and site restoration located at the Anna Mitchell Welcome Center in Vinita, OK. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON MARCH 11TH, 2026 AT 1:30PM. The meeting will be held at the project site. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be March 23rd, 2026 by 5pm. Bids are due on March 27th, 2026 by 5pm Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Vinita_.680w94idccnbz8vn@u.box.com . Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
