- Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for the stone removal and deconstruction for the Little Flock Church located at Highway 169 North, Road East in South Coffeyville, OK. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON MARCH 25TH, 2026 AT 10AM. The meeting will be held at the project site. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Sr Buyer Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cn-bus.com. The deadline for questions will be on April 1st, 2026 at 5pm. Bids are due on April 10th, 2026 by 5pm. Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Little_.b8mrhul9p7udrgti@u.box.com . Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
