Detail: The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the material and installation of two (2) Far Infrared Sauna Units located at the Mary L (Holland) Carson Wellness Center in Stilwell, Oklahoma. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies and supervision to complete the entire project. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed, required form with all areas completed. Bids must be e-mailed to Johnna Riggs (johnna-riggs@cherokee.org) with reference “Stilwell Sauna Project” in the subject line. The bid submittal must be one complete attachment. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure delivery of bids by Friday April 17, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Any bids received after the designated date and time will be ineligible for award.
