The NATION is soliciting detailed proposals from vendors interested in providing services to perform annual testing, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs for medical gas and vacuum systems for eleven (11) Cherokee Nation Health Facilities as outlined in this RFP for the NATION.

The NATION is soliciting detailed proposals from vendors interested in providing services to perform annual testing, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs for medical gas and vacuum systems for eleven (11) Cherokee Nation Health Facilities as outlined in this RFP for the NATION. The Nation will be accepting proposals from Indian and Non-Indian parties. Indian preference will be given only to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO) located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Proposals may be e-mailed to Cherokee Acquisition Management, Johnna Riggs, by email to johnna-riggs@cherokee.org no later than June 19, 2026 by 5:00 pm. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered and will not be considered for award.
