The Cherokee Nation is accepting sealed bids from interested parties for four (4) 2025 or newer mid-size 4WD police package SUVs with lights and siren package for Cherokee Nation Dept of Juvenile Justice. The specifications are included in this bid packet.

SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. ON JULY 29, 2026. ANY SEALED BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD ON JULY 29, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. IN THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED IN THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES BUILDING (DIRECTLY BEHIND THE MAIN COMPLEX) 17665 S. MUSKOGEE AVENUE, TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
