The Nation is seeking proposals from interested parties with qualifications, credentials, and previous experience providing E-rate Program Services for organizations similar in size and scope.

Questions and/or requests for clarification due December 28, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. Responses/addendum due January 04, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Proposals due January 26, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO: JANUARY 26, 2019 BY 5:00 P.M.
