THE MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD AT SITE OF THE SHELTER CHEROKEE NATION EARLY CHILDHOOD UNIT, 16944 WEST CHEROKEE STREET, TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA 74464 ON APRIL 9, 2019 AT 10:00 A.M. SEALED PROPOSALS MAY BE MAILED OR HAND DELIVERED, AS LONG AS ONE (1) CLEARLY MARKED, SINGLE SIDED ORIGINAL AND SIX (6) COPIES ARE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED BY SHELLY MCCLAIN NO LATER THAN APRIL 23, 2019 BY 5:00 P.M. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
