- The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the installation of a 6” road boring with 2” carrier pipe and gate valve. Connect two (2) meter sets to 2” HDPE located in Cherokee County according to DEQ regulations and Cherokee Nation specifications.

- BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2019. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
