SEALED BIDS BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE MONDAY, JULY 8, 2019 AT 3:00 P.M. BIDS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SOLICATION: “CAFETERIA FOOD - TLJC”. A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, JULY 8, 2019 AT 3:00 P.M. IN THE LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED IN THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES BUILDING, 17665 S. MUSKOGEE, TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
