- The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties to provide and supply T-shirts, jackets, hooded pullovers, zip pullovers and long sleeve shirts for the CNH 2019 Softball Tournaments held in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet.

- Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. **BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM JULY 12, 2019. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARDED.**
