PROPOSALS MAY BE EMAILED TO shelly-mcclain@cherokee.org. In the email "RFP - CONSULTING SERVICES - PHARMACY SERVICES" must be listed in the subject line. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 11, 2019 BY 5:00 P.M. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. ADDENDUM 01 POSTED 10/03/19
