The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the “Remove/Install of Floor Tile” in approximately (60) vacant (1br-4br) apartments, work will be performed as the apartments become vacant. These vacant apartments could be located in fifteen different locations. (Bartlesville, Jay, Stilwell, Catoosa, Locust Grove, Tahlequah, Claremore, Nowata, Vinita, Grove, Porum, Warner, Hulbert, Pryor, Westville). The scope of work and specifications are included. TO BE CONSIDERED A RESPONSIVE/RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, THE MANDATORY BID RESPONSE SHEET MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
